We are constantly hiring contractors for our own projects, which means we build relationships with the people we’ve worked with best.

How it Works

  1. We work with you to understand your requirements, including:
    • project technology and complexity
    • team culture
    • work style
    • timeline
    • budget
  2. We search our network of pre-vetted candidates, or advertise on our channels for new candidates.
  3. We confirm the rate, term and work schedule of the candidate(s).
  4. We work with you to identify suitable tasks for a 2 week trial period. The trial period is charged in arrears at a discounted rate.
  5. We introduce you to the candidate(s) and help them get working on the trial tasks.
  6. After two weeks, you decide if you want to continue with the candidate(s).
    1. If not, there’s no charge and we’ll find you a new candidate.
    2. If so, the first 2 weeks are charged at a discounted rate, and we’ll continue to work with you to ensure the candidate(s) are a good fit.

As you can see our process is streamlined and is optimised around getting started quickly. We understand the significant commitment you make in choosing staff, which is why we do it this way.
